Believable Legal Terms & Conditions

• These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Believable by all visitors, creators, brands and users.
• You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Registration does not guarantee campaigns, collaborations, invitations or payments.
• Believable may approve, reject, suspend or remove any account at its sole discretion.
• Believable acts as a platform connecting creators and brands and is not an employer of creators.
• Creators participate voluntarily and remain independent contractors.
• Creators are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, taxes, advertising rules and licensing requirements.
• If an influencer licence, freelance permit, commercial licence, media permit or similar authorization is required, obtaining and maintaining it is solely the creator's responsibility.
• Believable is not responsible for verifying or obtaining creator licences or permits.
• Creators remain solely responsible for all content they publish. And they are not allowed to remove or delete the content after receiving payment.
• Content must be truthful, original and must not infringe third-party rights.
• Creators must comply with campaign briefs and disclosure requirements.
• Believable may reject or request edits to campaign content.
• Creators grant Believable a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free licence to use campaign content for portfolio and promotional purposes if agreed.
• Campaign-specific usage rights may also be granted to participating brands if agreed.
• Believable may collect campaign performance data to improve the platform and report results.
• Users may not purchase fake followers, fake engagement, bots or manipulate campaign results.
• Users may not impersonate others or misuse the platform.
• Campaign selection is at Believable's discretion and subject to brand requirements.
• Believable makes no guarantee of earnings or future opportunities.
• Creators are responsible for their own taxes and governmental obligations.
• Campaign briefs, pricing and brand information are confidential.
• Users shall not intentionally circumvent Believable for collaborations introduced through the platform.
• Believable may modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time.
• Believable may amend these Terms at any time.
• Users indemnify Believable against claims arising from their conduct or breach.
• Believable is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Clicking 'I Agree' constitutes a legally binding electronic acceptance.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
